Led by the CEO and Founder of SKYE Academy, Karol Pálinkáš whose literaly expertise comes from having studied Journalism in London, this course enables students to meet new people, improve their English and have fun at the same time.
Each year Karol publishes a list of books. These books are chosen after careful consideration based on the current trends in literature and reading. These might include classics, detective stories, fiction, non-finction and more.
The main objective of the book club is to create a friendly environment for anyone who enjoys reading. Karol uses motivational discussions to support students in expressing their own opinion and ideas. In addition, he focuses on various aspects of the book such as the plot, main characters, genres, motifs, symbols as well as and the point of view of the author.
